CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- The cross country programs from Mount Mercy and Coe will renew their intra-city rivalry this weekend when they get together for the Five Seasons Dual at Morgan Creek.

"We're really excited to renew this rivalry and for the opportunity to go head-to-head in a special meet like this," said Mount Mercy Head Coach Ryan Scheckel.

The winner of this annual event will be determined by a men's and women's combined score. "It's something we've never done before. It will take a strong performance by both of our teams to win," Scheckel added.

The women's race gets underway at 10:15 a.m., with the men's competition following at approximately 11:00 a.m. Up for grabs will be the Coe-Stang Trophy representing the top cross country program in Cedar Rapids.
