After a scoreless first half, Mount Mercy (7-8-1, 2-4-0 MCC) enjoyed a 1-0 lead on Kiernan's goal in the 67th minute. Molly O'Brien evened the match eight minutes later for the Warriors (6-9-1, 2-4-1 MCC), and then, just as it looked like the game was headed to overtime, Kiernan set up Skay for the game-winner in the 88th minute. Kiernan-to-Skay also tripped up Viterbo (Wis.) in double-overtime on Saturday. Manning finished with 15 saves in Wednesday's win.

Mount Mercy's final home game of the year will take place Saturday when the Mustangs host Grand View at 1:00 p.m. on Seniors Day at Lower Kingston Field.
