Jennings took over the Mount Mercy women's basketball program after serving as the top assistant on the Mustang men's basketball team for four years. A native of Atkins, Iowa, and a former Benton Community prep, Jennings earned a bachelor of science in communication from Northwestern in Evanston, Ill., in 2003. He was a four-year letterwinner and team captain his junior and senior seasons for the Wildcats.

In between a brief professional playing career in Croatia in 2003 and a stint with the Cedar Rapids River Raiders in 2004, Jennings was the assistant boys' basketball coach at Benton Community and was named Iowa Class 3A Assistant Coach of the Year.

Jennings and his wife, Amy, and daughter, Avery, reside in Cedar Rapids.

Baker is a native of Madrid, Iowa, and went to Dowling Catholic High School. She graduated from Mount Mercy in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and psychology. Baker was a four-year starter for the Mustangs, was a co-captain as a senior and is a member of Mount Mercy's 1,000-point club. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 2010 with a master's degree in health and sports studies and is currently an account manager for CRST Logistics.

Bolger is a Marengo, Iowa, native and graduated from Iowa Valley High School. He moved on to Drake University, where he earned degrees in elementary education and radio/television broadcasting. Bolger was the head girls' basketball coach at Iowa Valley for four seasons, leading them to their first conference and district titles in more than 20 years. He also served as head boys' track & field coach and assistant football coach at Iowa Valley. For three seasons, Bolger coached at Bishop DuBourg High School in St. Louis, Mo. Prior to his arrival, Bishop DuBourg hadn't had a winning season in nearly a decade, but Bolger led them to three straight winning seasons.

Bolger and his wife, Holly, and daughter, Averie, reside in North Liberty.
