[Track & Field] Higgins wins javelin; Kapande eighth in long jump

MARION, Ind. -- It was another great start to a national championship event for Mount Mercy. Senior Jenna Higgins won her second national title in the javelin and senior Mwale Kapande became an all-American in the long jump at the 33rd Annual NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships today at Indiana Wesleyan University.
