Men's Bowling Places Tenth at Hoosier Classic

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The Mustang men's bowling team placed tenth in a compeititive field at the Hoosier Classic, taking place this past weekend in Indianapolis.

The Mustangs ended day one of qualifying with a total pin count of 5142. After 15 baker games, the Mustangs found themselves in tenth, narrowly missing a bracket play spot by 70 pins.

On the individual side, Jacob Bockstie earned another all-tournament team nod after finishing second with a total pin count of 1180, good for an average of 236 over five games bowled. Bockstie would be joined in the top 75 bowlers at the tournament by Robert Vater, who finished in 75th at 1037, good for an average of 207.4

With the result, the regular season wrapped up as the Mustangs look to capture the Heart of America crown next weekend.
