High School Volleyball: Led state of Iowa (all classes) in kills per game in 2009; first-team all-Cedar Valley Conference and all-state selection in 2008 and 2009; second-team all-Eastern Iowa Hawkeye Conference in 2007; honorable mention all-EIHC in 2006; academic all-conference in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009; team captain and team MVP in 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Ellsworth Community College: All-region in 2010 and all-conference in 2010 and 2011; academic all-conference and academic all-region in 2010 and 2011.
