Tyler Dahm began his collegiate baseball career as a player for the Mount Mercy Mustangs, where he competed as an infielder and was a consistent presence within the program. During his time on the field, Dahm contributed both offensively and defensively, earning a reputation for his work ethic, baseball IQ, and team-first approach. His experience as a student-athlete provided him with a strong foundation in the program’s culture and competitive standards.

After completing his playing career with the Mustangs, Dahm remained with the program in a coaching role as a Graduate Assistant. In this position, he assists with daily practices, player development, and game preparation while supporting the coaching staff throughout the season. His responsibilities also include administrative duties, scouting support, and helping manage team operations. Dahm’s transition from player to coach reflects his leadership qualities, knowledge of the game, and continued commitment to Mount Mercy baseball.
